An editor to convert your digital images directly into ASCII text.
Supercomm Shot2char is a simple, small graphic editor that converts digital images directly into ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) characters. In other words, an image becomes a series of words that together create the original image.
You just choose the image to convert, and then define the model and font size, colours, wallpaper colour, and the format you want the resulting file. It can be an image, HTML or text. The image is created in BMP format, obviously in HTML format, and if you choose text, it is saved with a TXT extension.
This download of Supercomm Shot2char has two files, one in German, the other in English.
